Dejan has served in management roles for multiple public companies, overseeing fostering multidisciplinary teams for complex exploration projects. His career highlights include the identification and targeting of the Vardar Zone lithium and borate district in the Balkans and assisted in the Valjevo Lithium-Borate discovery.
Dejan specialises in a broad range of commodities, including lithium, borates, gold, and base metals. As a Qualified Person under NI 43-101 and a Competent Person under JORC, he has developed and executed reports ranging from scoping studies to pre-feasibility studies. Dejan is a member of SGD and holds EurGeol Title of Professional Geologist awarded by the European Federation of Geologists. He is CRIRSCO Competent Person, EurGeol Qualified Expert, Authorised Expert, Competent Person in accordance with JORC 2012, Qualified Person in accordance with NI 43-101.
Vladimir Šuluburić MSc, QP/CP - Principal GeologistVladimir is a seasoned Economic Geologist with over 15 years of extensive experience in the mining and exploration industry. Throughout his career, he has excelled in senior exploration roles, focusing on the evaluation and targeting across Europe and Central Asia. He has led numerous exploration campaigns within the Western Tethyan Belt and the Central Asian Orogenic Belt, showcasing a deep understanding of regional geology and resource potential.
His diverse professional background includes working as an underground mine production geologist, successfully directed brownfield exploration programs targeting base and precious metals adjacent to operating mines.
Vladimir specialises in a wide range of commodities, including copper, gold, lead, zinc, and nickel, with substantial expertise in exploring porphyry, epithermal, skarn, and volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposits.
He holds a master’s degree in Economic Geology and is a member of SGD. Vladimir holds EurGeol title by the European Federation of Geologists. He is a CRIRSCO Competent Person, EurGeol Qualified Expert, Authorised Expert, and is accredited as a Competent Person under JORC 2012 and a Qualified Person under NI 43-101 reporting standards.
Bob Kellie BSc, QP/CP – Principal AdviserBob Kellie is a seasoned professional geologist with over 40 years of extensive experience in global mineral exploration and project evaluation. During his tenure at Rio Tinto, Bob served as Exploration Manager for Europe and Asia, leading a highly successful teams responsible for major discoveries. He was later Chief Geologist of Rio Tinto's global Project Generation Group, where he contributed to identifying and ranking high-potential projects for a wide range of commodities with focus on industrial and strategic minerals.
Bob's expertise spans a diverse range of commodities, including base and precious metals, lithium, borates, potash and other industrial minerals. Over his career, he has led local teams making six highly significant discoveries across North America, Europe, and Asia. These include the Jadar Lithium-Borate deposit in Serbia, significant sodium carbonate and evaporite projects in the United States, Turkey, Spain and Canada, as well as additional notable finds in the industrial minerals sector.
He has a proven track record in establishing exploration protocols, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and fostering multidisciplinary teams. His leadership has resulted in numerous grassroots discoveries and advanced project developments.
Bob is a Registered Member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration (SME) who awarded him their prestigious Robert M. Dreyer Award in 2015, recognising his achievements and contributions to the field of applied economic geology.
Milica Pešić-Georgiadis MSc – Data Management SpecialistMilica Pešić-Georgiadis is an accomplished geologist with over 20 years of extensive experience in the mining and exploration industry. She is a specialist in data management offering expert services in geological data processing, validation, and database development. Through her involvement in more than 30 international projects and collaborations with leading mining companies and governmental institutions, Milica has developed a results-driven approach and a wealth of expertise.
Her work encompasses the rigorous analysis of exploration data, including drilling, sampling, and mapping, where she applies robust QA/QC procedures to ensure data accuracy, reliability, compliance and security. Milica is proficient in developing and managing geological databases and excels in the application of advanced GIS and 3D modeling techniques for resource estimation, delivering high-quality outputs for complex projects.
In addition to her industry contributions, Milica actively engages in scientific research and has authored numerous papers published in esteemed national and international journals. Her research focuses on operational mine planning, the integration of GIS technologies, remote sensing and satellite imagery processing, and uncertainty modeling in open-pit design. She spent over nine years at the University of Belgrade’s Department of Open Pit Planning, serving as an assistant professor, further enhancing her academic and technical expertise. He has been instrumental in generating field data driven drill targets, overseeing drilling operations, and developing geological models and cross-sections. Marko specialises in 3D geological modelling, geochemical contouring and the integration of GIS technology to optimise exploration efforts. He has successfully led drill hole planning, implementation, and logging, ensuring QA/QC protocols and high-quality data management. His technical skills include advanced proficiency in various GIS software, complemented by his exceptional ability to interpret the most complex geological features and structures.

With expertise in drill site management, core and RC logging, geological mapping, GIS, and resource estimation, Jason has contributed to projects across Nevada, California, and Hawaii.
